Plunge Experience Waiver

Thank you for participating in the Cold Plunge Experience hosted by BRD BOX. Before you take the plunge, please carefully read and sign this waiver.

1. Acknowledgment of Risks
I understand that participating in cold plunge therapy involves exposure to cold water temperatures that may pose health risks, including but not limited to:

• Cold shock
• Hypothermia
• Dizziness or fainting
• Elevated heart rate
• Numbness or muscle stiffness
• Aggravation of existing medical conditions
  

I confirm that I am in good health and not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that could affect my judgment or physical condition.

2. Voluntary Participation
I acknowledge that my participation in the Cold Plunge experience is entirely voluntary. I assume full responsibility for my physical condition and agree to listen to my body and exit the plunge immediately if I feel unwell.

3. Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Cold Plunge experience, I hereby release and hold harmless:
BRD BOX, its owners, employees, agents, representatives, event organizers, and affiliates
from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to injury, loss, or damage resulting from my participation, including but not limited to negligence or acts of omission.

5. Photography & Media Consent
I grant BRD BOX permission to use any photographs or video footage taken of me during the event for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes without compensation.

6. Age Verification
I confirm that I am at least 18 years old. If under 18, I have obtained consent from a legal guardian who must also sign this waiver.

7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
